  • Water: 01 glass
Remedy:
  • Take One Glass of Water at Room Temperature
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Fennel Seeds.
  • Soak Overnight.
  • Drink It early Morning In an Empty Stomach.
  • After Drink Fennel seeds water drink 1 glass of Lukewarm Water.

Breakfast:

Ingredients:

  • Vegetables: Carrot, Bell paper, Onion. cabbage
  • Peanuts: 2 tablespoon
  • Sprouts: 1 bowl
  • Chapati: 1 Nos
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon 
  • Spices According to your taste.

Remedy:

  • Before 8:30 Finish your Breakfast.
  • Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  • Add all veggies into it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • now add 2 tablespoons Of peanuts.
  • Cut the chapati into small pieces and s add them to the pan.
  • At, Last Add all the spices according to your choice.
Another option Of Breakfast For a change you can try it: 

1. Upama: 30 Gms Semolina, 
                  100 Gms Veggies
                   Spices
                   Water

2. Poha: 30 - 40 Gm Poha
               100 Gm Veggies

3. Cheela: 20-30 Gm Besan
                  100 Gm Veggies

4. Porridge: 1 cup oats
                    2 Soaked Walnut
                    4 Soaked Almonds
                    1 Date

Mid-Morning Snacks:

I am giving you two options in snacks

1. Beverage

1. Spice Buttermilk
2. Salted Lachhi
3. Tangy Green Mango Drink

2. Seasonal Fruit

You can take any Seasonal fruits.

Lunch:

  • 1 Chapati or 1 cup cooked rice.
  • Take more Salad.
  • Green vegetables Sabaji
  • Beans
  • 1 cup of yogurt

Evening snacks:

I am giving you two options

1. One cup of makhana
2. One cup of roasted chana.

Dinner:

Ingredients:

  • Green Gram dal: 1 cup
  • Oats :1 cup
  • Vegetables: Carrot, cabbage, onion, bell paper
  • Black paper: 1 pinch

Remedy:

  • Cut All Veggies into Small Pieces.
  • Then Roosted in a pan with Black paper and salt.
  • Now Soak Green Gram Dal and Oats for 1 hour.
  • After adding the Mixture, the jar makes smooth consistency like paste.
  • Heat Pan with help of oats and dal paste to make a crispy savory pancake.
  • after the pancake is ready fill it with veggies.
  • Enjoy your dinner.
