Ingredients:
- Vegetables: Carrot, Bell paper, Onion. cabbage
- Peanuts: 2 tablespoon
- Sprouts: 1 bowl
- Chapati: 1 Nos
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Spices According to your taste.
Remedy:
- Before 8:30 Finish your Breakfast.
- Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Add all veggies into it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- now add 2 tablespoons Of peanuts.
- Cut the chapati into small pieces and s add them to the pan.

- Then Roosted in a pan with Black paper and salt.
- Now Soak Green Gram Dal and Oats for 1 hour.

- Heat Pan with help of oats and dal paste to make a crispy savory pancake.
