What is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating plan that switches between fasting and eating on a regular schedule.
In an intermittent fast, you have fast for 16 hours another 8 hours is the eating period.
Your fasting start after the night meal and then 16 hours of fasting time. 
If you take a 7:00 pm night meal then next day 10:00 am break a fast.
If you take an 8:00 pm night meal then the next day at 11:00 am break a fast.
During the fast drink water or herbal tea.
Keep your mind off food.
Avoid high-intensity workouts.

Intermittent fasting diet plan:

Morning drink: chia and lemon water
Recipe: take one glass of water and add one tablespoon of chia seed into it then wait for 15 minutes then squeeze half lemon in a glass then drink it.
Note:after drinking it nothing eat for half an hour.

Breakfast

veg uttapam  + sambhar

Mid-morning snack:

One seasonal fruit 🍑 🍊🍎🥑🍇🍉🍐

Lunch:

One Wholegrain roti + mix veg sabaji + salad

Evening snack:

mix nuts + green tea without sugar

Dinner:

Two chapati+ Brown Rice + palak panner
