Get Glass Skin Naturally at Home
Everyone has different types of skin and skincare is an important part of our daily routine. first, you would know is your skin. You have to study your skin like which type of skin you have, skin allergy, and is your skin sensitive or not.
After you know better your skin than you can start your daily skin routine. Here I am giving you some tips to care for your skin. Also giving the best homemade remedy to get glass-like skin.
- Follow a healthy diet. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
- Avoid fast food.
- Drink more water around 3-4 Liter in a day.
- Eat dry fruit and nuts.
- Sleeping 6-8 hours daily it's very important.
- Do a face massage and exercise.
- Follow Daily skin care Routine.
- Moisturizer your skin.
- Apply Sunscreen Daily Routine.
- Don't Pop your Pimple with your fingertips.
- Don's use an unknown product on your skin.
Let's Start Our Skin Care Routine
1. Skin Cleanser
Ingredients:
- Raw Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Sandalwood Powder: 1 tablespoon
Remedy:
- First, add 1 tablespoon of raw milk to a small mixing bowl.
- Now add 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder to the o milk.
- Mix it well.
Application:
- Hair out of the way from your head area.
- Now take one Cotton pad and dip it in a mixture.
- Then Gently clean your face with the cotton pad.
- after a minute wash your face with normal water.
2. Steam
- Heat water and give steam to your face area.
- Steaming is promote circulation and opens facial pores because of that blackheads and bacteria remove easily.
- Take it around 4-5 minutes.
3. Face Exfoliator
Ingredients:
- Ground coffee: 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
Remedy:
- Take one mixing bowl and add the all ingredients into it.
- Now mix it well.
Application:
- Now Little bit wet on your skin then apply this exfoliator to your skin.
- Massage all over your face.
- Massage in a circular motion with your fingertips.
- After the 5-8 minutes wash your face with normal water.
- But please make sure your fingertips presser had been gentle.
4. Face Pack
Ingredients:
- Chickpea Flour: 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt: 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric: 1 pinch
Remedy:
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Application:
- Apply this face pack with your fingertips all over your face.
- After drying, this pack Wet your fingertips a bit.
- Then Remove it with a circular massage with your fingertips.
- Remove it section by section then wash your face with normal water.
5. Icing
- Take some ice cubes.
- Now Apply it to our face in a circular motion.
- For 5-10 minutes.
6. Aloe Gel Mask
- Now Take Some Quantity of Aloe Vera gel on your fingertips.
- Apply it to your face in a circular motion.
- Then Take, some Ice cubed Rub it on your skin for 2-3 minutes.
- After this Step, if you want then wash your face with normal water.
7. Toner
- Here I am using rose water as a toner it's balancing your PH level on the skin.
8. Face Serum
- Take your Favorite brand of face serum applies it to your face.
9. Massage
- Here I am massaging my face with Gua Sha.
- If you don't have then Put a spoon in the freezer for 10-15 minutes then massage your face with a spoon.
