We start Our Diet Plan With a Morning Drink.

1. Morning Diet Plan

Ingredients: 

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Remedy:

  • Take about One Glass of Luke's warm water.
  • Add  1 tablespoon of Apple cider Vinegar.
  • You must take unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Drink it early morning with an empty stomach.
  • If apple cider vinegar is not suited to your body else you take 2 glasses of lukewarm water.
Do Low energy Exercise for 15- 20 Minutes. 

2. Breck Fast - Apple & Oats Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Apple: 1 Nos
  • Oats:20 Gm
  • Almond: 2 Soaked
  • Dates: 1 Nos
  • Cinnamon Powder: 1 pinch
Remedy:
  • Soak oats for 10 minutes.
  • Add one Apple in all pieces, two almonds, dates, and soaked oats to the mixture jar.
  • Then add some Ice cube and Bland In Stopping & Starting Periodically.
  • Transfer This Smoothie to In Jar and add one pinch of cinnamon powder and mix it well.
Second Option :

Vegetable Sandwich:

Take two whole-grain bread add your favorite veggies and 20 gm paneer into it and enjoy a veg sandwich.

Watermelon Smoothie:

Bland a 100 gm Water melon add cumin powder, ginger juice, and Mint leaves, and make your smoothie.

3. Mid-Morning Snacks - Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber: half
  • Yogurt: Half's cup
  • Cumin seeds
  • Black Paper
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Grated Ginger: 1 tablespoon

Remedy:

  • Add all these Ingredients to the Mixture jar.
  • Then add some Ice Cubes.
  • Bland in a mixture then Transfer to a jar.
  • Enjoy Your Cucumber Smoothie.

4. Lunch- Mango Shake

Ingredients:

  • Mango: 1 Nos
  • Milk: 1/2 Glass
  • Water: 1/2 Glass

Remedy:

  • Add small pieces of Mango, Half a glass of milk, and half a glass of water to the mixture jar.
  • Now add some ice cubes and blend it well.
  • Take your lunch meal.
  • Also, you can take oil-free Biryani with yogurt.

5. Evening Snacks 

  • Ginger And Lemon Tea with roasted makhana.
  • Another option is that you can take Coconut water with 4 soaked almonds and walnut.

6. Dinner- Banana Shake

Ingredients:

  • Banana: 1 Nos
  • Milk: half glass
  • Water: half glass
  • Cinnamon powder: 1 pinch

Remedy:

  • Add All these ingredients to the mixture jar.
  • Bland it well with ice cubes.
  • Then add a pinch of Cinnamon Powder.
  • Enjoy Your Meal.
After the Dinner takes a light Walk Out at the list for 15-20 minutes. it's Help with digestion and increases your metabolism rate. 

7. Night Drink: Amla Juice 


Take  2 Tablespoons of Amla Juice with One glass of lukewarm water before going a bed.
