Banana Diet Plan

Some Functions, marriage, and Festival are Around the corner you want to lose weight in some days then I am giving you an easy diet plan.


1. Morning Drink:

I am giving you cinnamon water in the morning drink, let's make a weight loss drink.
Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon

Direction:

  • Take 1 glass of water and heat on the pan.
  • After boiling water adds 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder into it.
  • Boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Take water pure in glass and squeeze half lemon.
  • add 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • After becoming lukewarm drink it with an empty stomach.
  • Do not eat for half an hour after drinking this weight loss drink.

2. Breakfast 

Let's make Banana Bread in Brea fort.
ingredients:
  • Banana 01 Nos
  • Multigrain Bread: 2 Nos

Direction:

  • Cut a banana into slices.
  • Take bread mess some slices of banana and put slices into it.
  • If you want then add some honey topping to the bread.
  • Eat 2 bread maximum.

3. Mid-Morning Snacks

  • Take one banana in mid-morning snacks.

4. Lunch

Let's make a yummy and healthy banana smoothie for lunch.

Ingredients:

  • Banana: 1 Nos
  • Yogurt: 5-6 tablespoon
  • Orange: Half 

Direction:

  • Blend one banana and yogurt and add water to the mixture is put in one jar.
  • Squeeze half Orange and mix it well.
  • Add some Ice Cube to Smoothie.
  • It's very easy to make.

5. Evening Snacks



Take some Dry fruit with green tea.

6. Dinner

Let's make a cinnamon banana smoothie dinner.


Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Greek Yogurt: 5-6 tablespoon
  • Banana: 1 or 2 Nos
  • Milk Or Water

Direction:

  • I add every to in a blender then blend until smooth.
  • Add an Ice cube to this smoothie.
  • Add cinnamon Powder to Smoothie and mix it well.

7. Night Drinking 

In Night Drink we will make Cumin seeds water.


Ingredients:

  • Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon

Direction:

  • Heat A water in pan around one cup.
  • After boiling water adds 1 tablespoon of water into it.
  • boiled it for 5-10 minutes.
  • After cumin water becomes lukewarm drink it before going to bed.

So, this is my diet plan if you also want to lose weight 3-4 kg in 4-5 days then follow it.
